Terms of Service

By creating an account, signing in with Steam, or otherwise using the Apex Rust website (apexrust.com) and its associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the services immediately.

Accounts are created automatically when you sign in through Steam (Steam OpenID). You are responsible for keeping your Steam account secure. Apex Rust never sees or stores your Steam password. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to exploit services, or interfere with other players.

All sales of virtual currency, packages, wheel spins, and other in-game items are processed by third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal). Virtual items have no real-world cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Chargebacks opened in bad faith may result in account suspension.

Points earned through gameplay, daily rewards, the battle pass, or events are tied to your account and can be exchanged for in-game items. Apex Rust performs scheduled server wipes; points and inventory are wiped along with the server. We do our best to credit rewards fairly but reserve the right to reverse rewards obtained through exploits or bugs.

You agree not to: (a) cheat, exploit bugs, or use automated tools; (b) harass, threaten, or impersonate other players or staff; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, attack, or disrupt our infrastructure; (d) use the store, wheel, or casino games for money laundering; (e) abuse referral, partner, or creator programs. Violations may lead to permanent bans without refund.

The Apex Rust brand, logo, website design, and original content are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. Rust is a trademark of Facepunch Studios. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Facepunch Studios. You retain ownership of content you create (e.g. partner media) but grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on our platforms.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Rust is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of in-game progress, items, or points caused by wipes, downtime, or changes to the game. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be announced on our Discord.
